CareerFoundry Learning Platform
Before being promoted to head of design, I led the design, release, and onboarding for a major update to the learning dashboard for a B2C online school. New features included managing multiple courses, new teacher roles, page design, accessibility functions, and backstage admin flows to allow management without engineering resources.

Spredfast Experiences
Spredfast Experiences allows customers to capture the best social content in real-time, curate it, visualize it, and publish it across virtually any digital space. I was on the innovation team that productized this experience through client projects into a white-label platform for clients like Pepsi, Victoria’s Secret, and even the White House.

Fountain Institute Blog
The Fountain Institute's blog is an industry-leading blog for senior designers that reaches 300,000+ readers annually. For this project, I researched, wrote, edited, and created images for 47 articles on advanced design topics like UX, research, strategy, and innovation. In addition to original content, I edited and created visual assets for another 26 articles written by experts.

Defining UX Strategy
I designed a six-week learning journey to turn designers into UX strategists. This course for senior and lead designers is based on the industry’s top UX practices and the leading business strategy books. I designed everything from the video curriculum to the text-based guides. In the five cohorts that I trained, more than 90% competed the program.

Designing Product Experiments
Designers learn to test the market and desirability, not just users and usability. In this cohort-based course, we turn designers into testers and experimenters. This course for senior product designers is based on the best practices in rapid experimentation and data analytics.

Continuous UX Research
There’s never enough time for research, and this ten-workshop course aims to change that. This course for senior product people is based on the best practices in product discovery techniques for multi-disciplinary designers.
